Croesus Capital Partners is a value added buyer who seeks to add a minimum increase of 35% to overall asset value within a 36-month period.
Product Type
- Multi-family – Class A, B or C – minimum 100 units
- Office – minimum 50,000 square feet
- Retail – minimum 25,000 square feet
- Office / Flex / Tech– minimum 50,000 square feet
- Notes - non performing notes collateralized by real-estate that meet the above parameters
Location
- Prefer Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex
- Will consider any major Texas market
