Personal Profiles
Dan Wenz relocated to Dallas twenty years ago as Vice President of office properties for Leon Brothers and Associates. His duties included oversight of management, leasing and investments. In 1983, he formed Daniel P. Wenz & Associates, Inc., which grew to a staff of over 50. In the next five years, Wenz grew by the development or rehab of over 25 grocery and convenience store anchored shopping centers. Next he established his track record for value added investing through the acquisition and renovation of apartments in the Dallas area. From construction management through marketing, he provided the expertise to fully realize the potential of these properties.
Randy Box, a native Dallasite and Baylor University graduate, began his real estate career in 1983. His experience as a top producer includes an extensive background in commercial brokerage including office project leasing, tenant representation and investment property sales of office, retail, multi-family, industrial, land and motels. A seasoned, skilled professional, Randy has sold over 300 commercial properties throughout his career.
In the market collapse of the late 80’s, Randy acted as a consultant to a Florida S&L advising on troubled assets throughout the U.S. His assignment was to assess the market, management and current viability of each asset and develop a strategic plan for each. The assignment consisted of over 50 office, retail and multi-family projects.
In the mid 90’s Randy formed Box Interests, Inc. as a vehicle to invest in commercial property for his own account, as well as others. These investments have included multi-family, office, retail and industrial projects throughout Texas.
